Blockfest
DOWNTOWN EAST
Blockfest is a monthly series of music mini-festival located on the 200 Block of East Henderson St. in Downtown Cleburne. Sponsored by Songbird Live Theatre, this event features 4 concerts each festival, performed by top professional bands. Each band is chosen by Songbird Director Tom Burkett. The festival is organized primarily by genre-specific styles. All performances are on the Songbird Stage, located in the heart of Downtown East.
October 12th - Blue on the Block Bash
The Blues on the Block Bash features top acts from the Dallas/Fort Worth Professional Blues Music Scene.

Candy Bawcombe's Classical Christmas
Candy Bawcombe was born and raised in Cleburne. At the age of 11yrs old,Candy began studying at TCU with Madame Kraus. At 12 she was performing concertos. After an extensive concert career, she now performs regularly with the Dallas and Fort Worth Symphonies. Some of Candace's friends will perform during the day.

Some of the most accomplished jazz pianists from the Dallas area will perform while accomplished visual artists practice their craft in each of our Downtown East Stores. The headline concert will be the Chicago Tribute band "Windy City."
